#3. Seven Keys to Baldpate (1930)

Storyline: Writer William Magee accepts a wager that he can finish writing a book in 24 hours, and travels to the deserted inn Baldpate, a summer resort now in the midst of winter, including a blizzard, to finish his opus. Told his is the only key, Magee is interrupted numerous times in the first hours by a parade of characters who appear to be in search of $200,000 meant as a bribe for a local politician, and who all seem to have an only key. #5. Men at Work (1990)

Storyline: Carl and James are two pleasant but unambitious garbage men. Carl has a telescope with which he observes his neighbors. One evening he sees a man giving a female neighbor a hard time. As she leaves he shoots the man with a pellet gun. Hiding, he and James miss two men strangling the man and leaving with the body. When he appears in a can on their route they are afraid and hide the body, fearing that they may be implicated in the death. Trying to crack the case, they spy on the woman, join up with a slightly to majorly crazed Vietnam vet, kidnap a pizza man and help to protect the ecology.

Storyline: As a surprise, two horse owners decide to ride their animals in a steeplechase. But Bill Davidson's (Ian Hogg's) horse "Admiral" behaves weirdly, and falls hard after an obstacle. Bill dies from his injuries. His friend Alan York (Scott Antony) suspects the animal was doped by unscrupulous bookies and starts to investigate.
