Storyline

The violent impulses of Bob Malone (Michael Rooker), a former Los Angeles policeman forced to leave his job in disgrace, get the better of him during a bank robbery, and he wipes out nearly all the robbers. Meanwhile, Koji (Ryo Ishibashi), a Yakuza killer in town to meet with the local Mafia, turns the tables on a deranged terrorist who threatens to bomb an eatery. Corrupt cops bring Koji in, but he soon escapes from custody -- taking Malone and his daughter, Chelsea (Danielle Harris), hostage.

Short Review

I had no idea this was a sequel. It's also not like I felt as if I were missing somethin coming in late. Just seems to be another run of the mill buddy cop flick. Rooker plays the kind of guy he always does. It's nothing new or unique. Not horrible but there are better things to watch out there.
