Storyline

Detective Sean Riley (Johnny Strong) uncovers a shocking military conspiracy as he investigates grisly torture murders. The case triggers a war between international mercenaries and local gangs leaving him caught in the middle.

Short Review

The gun fight scenes are well choreographed, although there were some film editing issues and a logical disconnect with having an abandoned house still having a natural gas hookup. The acting and dialogue were very hit and miss, with some engrossing scenes, and other scenes that just make you wince with the stilted line delivery and unbelievable facial reactions. The essence of the meaning of the phrase "just to pass the time."
