Storyline

Alex Brown (Paul Nolan) is the teenage son of two KGB spies who decide to retire. However, just as they embark on their new life of normalcy, they're kidnapped and taken to Bucharest, Romania. After Alex contacts the CIA, he follows his parents and, along the way, meets a gypsy called Janos (Theodor Danetti) who reveals Alex's ability to shape-shift. Pairing up with a young girl he meets at a hostel, Alex uses his talent to track down his parents.

Short Review

Low-edge story with generic characters. The plot doesn't really get anywhere, and the whole shapeshifting subplot isn't expanded on much. Awful computer imagery, and some cringing dialog.
