Storyline

The city of Los Angeles is on edge, awaiting the verdict of the Rodney King trial. Jeffrey Lee (Dante Basco) is working at his family's liquor store in South Central. A boyfriend and girlfriend spend the afternoon at the local shopping mall. Turner Coates (Mario Van Peebles) returns to his childhood home to see his mother. And police officer Boomer (Luke Perry) is enjoying lunch with friends at a restaurant. When the verdict comes in, their lives will all be changed forever.
