Denver's Marshall Industries produces America's top-selling beer. Blake Teegarden (Jim Parrott), a chemist for the company, discovers an ingredient capable of making the beer dangerously addictive. Marshall seizes upon this discovery and soon enjoys a monopoly over beer sales. Americans guzzle beer nonstop -- citizens are perpetually drunk, and the drinking age is lowered to six. Then a rival company sets out to steal the formula, causing a fierce, drunken battle to erupt.

Marshall Beer exec uncovers a secret additive that cause sales to overflow. Leaves you with a similar feeling as when our Ontario government outlawed happy hour for alcohol sales in the 80s. Younger audience will be wrongfully encouraged by Tawny Kitaen's prominence on the box cover but be disappointed with older generation stars like Jamie Farr and Rich Little.
