Storyline

Elvis is a singing rodeo rider who drifts into an expensive dude ranch patronized by wealthy glamour girls. The owner, Vera Radford, hires Elvis as a stable man. Pretty physical fitness trainer Pam Merritt has a letter from her late grandfather directing her to a cache of gold in the ghost town of Silverado. The sheriff and his gang learn of the letter and plot to take it away from her.—filmfactsman

Short Review

This my favorite Elvis movie that I have seen. I have never been a fan of post-Sun Records Elvis, but I do enjoy watching the movies that he was in. Therefore I would not say the songs in this movie are really the main attraction. Beautiful Julie Adams, hilarious Jack Mullaney, a spooky ghost town, and fight scenes are the reasons to watch this wild 1960's movie.
