Storyline: Stuntwomen Jeannie Epper and Zoe Bell are experts at taking punches, swinging swords and being blown to bits. Epper first gained respect as Lynda Carter's stuntwoman on TV's "Wonder Woman," while Bell had a long run as Lucy Lawless' double on the series "Xena: Warrior Princess." But, in a primarily male profession, the women still have to struggle against sexism to find jobs. This documentary chronicles their uphill battle in Hollywood and their enduring friendship throughout it all.

The film is divided into the three sections: The Typewriter, the Rifle and the Movie Camera. The first segment covers Fuller's past as a newsman where he began as a copy boy and ended as a reporter. Part two describes Fuller's experiences in World War II, in which he participated as a soldier. The last section focuses on Fuller as director. Tim Robbins interviews Samuel Fuller revealing the director's own memories and impressions.
