The story of a man who fooled an entire country. A tale of cheats and impostors, taking its inspiration from true facts and from one of the most intriguing characters of recent decades: the spy Francisco Paesa.

Overall, the story is well told and interesting. However, there are some serious pacing issues as there are times when the movie seems to grind to a halt. There is not a lot of activity going on. Lots of phone calls, and people hiding in apartments and hotel rooms. All of the interesting conversations regarding the scheme are crunched into the last 20 minutes of the movie, and even then the main con man does little of the actual telling. So, there is a lot unsaid at the end of the movie. Mildly entertaining.
