Didn't realize this was an Ulli Lommel flick till the credits rolled. I sat through it despite - so you won't have to. My previous all time worst film ever was his "Zombie Nation" - this one is probably around that level. It's been ten years since I've seen it so my memory is not to be trusted on the matter. There's not too many scenes with audible dialogue - but it won't effect the viewing experience. There's some nudity and Jillian Swanson is a good looking watchable young woman though her acting isn't really tested here. Ulli just let the camera roll and then cut something together. So to recap - if it's possible because this doesn't really play like a movie - more like a high school art project - that gets a D-, there's some supernatural dude killing all of 'Lenore's' friends. There's a about 10 minutes per scene where he stands and watches the would-be victim, then there's a few shots of the knife rising and falling, some red stuff, then on to the next scene. Once in awhile we cut to a middle-aged Edgar Allen Poe scrawling with, what's suppose to be a quill pen but is obviously just a feather because when you see his paper, he's just creating a bunch of blobs. He's standing there looking forlorn. That's about it. The movie ends - I'd like to say suddenly but not suddenly enough.
