Storyline

When Chappy Sinclair is saddled with a bunch of misfits and delinquents for his flight school, he turns to his protégé Doug Masters to assist him in sharpening them for an important competition. During their training, they stumble upon a group of subversive U.S. Air Force officers who are dealing in toxic waste as a sideline.—Richard Jones

Short Review

I fail to see the hatred of this movie. It is better than the second one and good wrap up for the series. The only thing it didn't like is Doug flies to music in the first and second film. Watching Doug fly without his music to get his groove back was disappointing.
