The Third Master (Erh Tung Sheng, aka Derek Yee, in the role that launched his career) is considered to be the greatest sword master of the day. His displays of skill and strength bring armies of challengers to his door, seeking the title for themselves. Not to be defeated, the Third Master fights evil, saves damsels in distress, and duels rival swordsmen to the death.—Ananymous

Short Review

Its Death Duel's second half which really redeems this unfocused martial arts flick. Derek Yee's debut is the silent but deadly Third Master. Trying to live a quiet life, he is constantly stalked by a myriad of enemies, who want fame with his defeat. Its not until the end that we get some cool cameos from Ti Lung and David Chiang, and a swell sword fight between two evenly matched characters. Derek Yee faces off against someone who helped him, adding some emotional punch to the sword dueling. Death Duel is a bit messy in the story department, but that climax redeems it.
