An all-black inner city school has to become an integrated school. Few dozen white kids are transferred there, but the black students are aggressively opposed to this. The school then approaches a tough black teacher for help.

[Halls of Anger] is considered by the white liberals to be a responsible movie because it shows there is hope, but not for what. You may agree but even if you don't you'll find it entertaining and isn't that after all the purpose of American movies?
