Aspiring cat burglar Jeff Hill (George Hamilton) is eager to train in his illegal profession of choice, and finds an excellent mentor in the charming veteran thief known as "the Ace of Diamonds" (Joseph Cotten). Based on the tip of an old friend, Jeff embarks on executing a nearly impossible heist. When he's not planning his big score, Jeff also makes time to steal from a number of rich actresses, including Zsa Zsa Gabor (Zsa Zsa Gabor) and Carroll Baker (Carroll Baker).

George Hamilton plays a handsome jewel thief in this very 1960s looking heist film, but it's all pretty bland. It's nowhere as stylish as say, "Danger Diabolik" and it's nowhere is suspenseful as any number of similar Jules Dassin jewel heist films. You do get Zsa Zsa Gabor, Carroll Baker, Lilli Palmer all playing themselves in the film and being robbed by Hamilton, but that's really not a reason to watch this film. Watch "Topkapi" or "Rififi" instead.
