Frankie, on naval-reserve duty in Tahiti, doesn't trust Dee Dee to stay faithful, so he hires Bwana, a witch doctor, to help. Bwana conjures up a floating bikini, "stuffs" it with Cassandra, and sends her to distract advertising executive Ricky from Dee Dee.—alfiehitchie

This is what you get when you have 50 year old writers trying to decipher how teenagers act in the 1960s. By the way, this is NOT how teenagers acted, talked, or dressed in the 1960s. Teenagers had no idea who Mickey Rooney was and had certainly never heard of Buster Keaton. The plot is ridiculous and even a high school drop out could probably have done better. Scriptwriters should have been required to spend at least a day at the beach watching teenagers having fun. This movie bears absolutely no resemblance to what teenagers would be doing.
