Storyline
A military school cadet Boone wins a date with a French movie goddess (Carère) who happens to be the queen of the "Mardi Gras" parade. They fall in love, but Carère's movie studio wants to capitalize on this newly found love for publicity.

There's not much of a story but the stars are fresh and appealing. Pat Boone is in fine voice, while Christine Carere is a joy to behold. This is a pleasant recollection of a time when people still valued innocence and sweetness.
