Pomeroy is after McClure's rodeo contract. Gene is McClure's foreman and suspects Pomeroy is behind the accidents occurring. Gene's plan to trap Pomeroy by using Frog's recording machine backfires when Gene is accused of the murder committed by Pomeroy.
